Your Opportunity
The Customer Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for Amplar Home Health customers and stakeholders. We're looking for people who are passionate, customer centric and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our customers. To be successful you will have a drive to succeed and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone while multi-tasking with computer systems and have amazing data entry skills.

Your role will:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing incoming calls, emails, faxes and any other channel our customer choose to communicate with us
  • Administrative data entry tasks – adept utilization of the Microsoft Suite and capacity to quickly grasp and navigate various systems.
  • Supporting and liaising with clinical staff over the phone and creating or updating new client records and other key clinical documents sent by key stakeholders
  • Providing advice and information on all Amplar Home Health programs to ensure customers are aware of all requirements of our programs
  • Initiate outbound calls welcoming our customers into our programs and following up with our referrers for missing documentation or information

This role is based in Adelaide working from our head office in Fullarton and also enjoying true flexibility working from home for Monday, Friday and weekend shifts.

Our contact centre is open 7 days a week 365 days a year. We operate between the hours of 7am and 8pm. You will be paid penalties working late shifts, weekends and public holidays. Our team works on a 7-day rotating roster with true flexibility offered to employees who enjoy working from home on set days.

What will set you apart from the rest?

  • Experience providing excellent customer service and a passion to help others
  • Previous customer service experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with the use of computers, Microsoft Suite and CRMs - touch typing skills essential
  • Outstanding data entry skills supported by experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
