About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have excellent organisational and data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide ongoing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, manage enquiries, and redirect calls appropriately.
- Compile Home Care Package assessment packs.
- Assist the Operations Manager in:
- Organising, managing projects.
- Monitoring compliance of certifications.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence pertaining to project administration.
- Assist with filing duties, data entry and other administrative duties as required.
Your skills and experience
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple demands.
- Must have excellent face to face and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to show initiative to grow and develop in the role.
- Demonstrated data entry and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Great attention to detail.
- Be a team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 per year
