Description:
Ballajura based Physiotherapy clinic is looking for a receptionist. It is a small but busy clinic with Physiotherapist and Podiatry combined.
We are looking for a reliable, flexible and friendly person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 year's experience in a healthcare clinic. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly. Experience in a physiotherapy clinic with PPMP software would be desirable.

Hours will be Monday to Friday with at least alternate Saturdays, approximately 30-38 per week.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Scheduling appointments. Processing patient billing and receipting, Medicare, Hicaps and DVA claims. General administration duties including answering phones, scanning, updating and maintaining patient records. Providing exceptional customer service to patients and other third parties; face to face, over the phone and via electronic communication.

Salary: $21.38 – $49.96 per hour
