The Role
Joining our team amidst sustained growth, we seek an experienced General Manager with profound expertise in the construction products supply industry. Collaborating closely with the CEO and working within a cohesive team, you will spearhead comprehensive planning, organisation, direction, and review of daily business operations. Your pivotal role will involve continuous client engagement to address project and product specifications, alongside overseeing marketing and sales plans. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving organisational objectives and standards, aligned with the company's continued growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Planning & Operational Management: Develop policies, set standards, provide day-to-day direction, and manage resources efficiently to achieve organisational objectives.
· Adaptability & Collaboration : Assess changing situations, issue directives, and consult department heads on operational matters.
· Financial Oversight: Ensure prudent financial management and planning/implementation of growth strategies.
· Representation : Represent the organisation at official trade shows, seminars etc
· Reporting & Team Management: Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for review and approval, while selecting and managing senior staff to foster excellence.
· Operations: Undertake specialised responsibilities in accounting, sales, marketing, human resources, and other areas as required.
Expertise, Experience & Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable GM role.
· Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, particularly in post-tensioning methodologies and products supply
· Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication.
· Advanced computer skills, including Office 365 proficiency and familiarity with accounting software.
· Strong organisational and planning abilities.
· Professionalism, effective leadership, and decisive decision-making.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
· High motivation and punctuality.
· Willingness to travel.
· Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritisation skills.

Salary: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
