Currently seeking a dynamic Team Assistant to support a team of 2 other EA's. This is a 12 month on going contract.

Job Responsibilities:
- Time Management Expertise: Maintain meticulously organized diaries across multiple time zones to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements in adherence to travel and expense policies.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with fellow Assistants to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, expertly managing coordination and logistics for meetings.
- Communication Management: Screen and prioritize incoming calls with discretion, handling confidential information with care.
- Financial Administration: Process invoices and expense claims, ensuring compliance with established policies and serving as a subject matter expert on procedures.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Handle routine tasks autonomously, while preemptively addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
- Experience: 2-3 years experience as an EA/Team Assistant.
- Ownership Mentality: Engaged and proactive individual who takes full ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively, demonstrating strategic foresight.
- Organizational Skills: Advanced proficiency in organization and prioritization, ensuring efficient task management.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrated tact and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Communication: Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
