Let’s talk about this role As the Commercial Support Analyst, you will provide support to the Commercial team to ensure that Corporate Health’s commercial and strategic objectives are reflected in the sales process, with an emphasis on providing decision-support to the Business Development Team and the Corporate Relationships Team. Responsibilities will include:
  • Provide support to the corporate renewal and new business quoting process
  • Manage the rates loading process
  • Support the Commercial Team in in the annual Fringe Benefit Tax reporting cycle
  • Manage periodic reporting cycle (e.g. Pulse Reporting, Monthly Financial reports, Group Activity reports)
  • Provide support to ensure the accuracy, relevance and timeliness of premiums and discounting
Let’s talk about you The successful candidate experience working in a Finance/Business support role (Finance/Business qualification would be an advantage) You consider yourself as having strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and learn specific applications as needed. Furthermore, we’re looking for:
  • Prior experience in the private health insurance sector
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Basic SQL skills (nice to have, but not required)
