Reporting to the Managing Director, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Maintain a sustainable long-term HR function, including all policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment for internal roles.
- Partner with all business units to boost employee engagement.
- Create company framework for long-term pipeline and people strategy.
- Design cultural initiatives to boost employee retention and succession planning.
- Partner with business leaders on identify key training programs requirements in the team.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in a Senior HR Advisor role and likes to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, be able to undertake end-to-end recruitment, employee relations and L&D strategies. This is a newly developed role, where you'll have great autonomy to run the HR department and have great leadership potential into the future.
