As the Leader of our Bupa Retail Casuarina you will enjoy a balanced full time roster working Monday to Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Full time product training will commence in your first 4-6 weeks starting Monday 22 April 2024. About You As a well-established Sales Leader, you will be aspiring to demonstrate and build upon your leadership capabilities with coaching and mentoring, whilst maintaining operational requirements.
And you can : Expertly work towards customer growth activities, providing individual needs analysis for customers, recommending the most suitable products and explaining the value and benefits of these products.
Comfortably represent as the local face of Bupa, being part of the catchment to develop business and community-based relationships that promote Bupa's product and their benefits.
Demonstrate a customer needs-based approach remaining hands on as you assist Bupa members in their day to day transactions.
Showcase your experience in the day-to-day operations of a retail store maintaining a superior sales and service ethos. Confirm your capability in driving the store's business objectives - sales, retention, customer satisfaction, and quality and productivity targets through proactive and sophisticated means (ie : new store technologies and services, new ways of working and health partner initiatives).
