Description:
Reporting to the CEO, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing the data and identifying what is 'out of place'
- Investigating the 'why' by digging into the data (live and historical), speaking to the department leads, and reviewing the production and manufacturing processes - eg. finding the high/unallocated labour hours and determining why
- Conducting in-depth analysis and identifying inefficiencies/areas for improvements
- Utilising data-driven insights to propose strategic and tactical recommendations for process enhancements and proactively anticipate areas of concern
- Partner with and provide support to the Continuous Improvement Manager around change readiness assessments and optimised process documents
- Cross-collaborating and support capability up-lift across departments
- Leading data analysis, system integrations and support, including data cleansing and testing
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
- CA/CPA Qualification, desired
- Proven experience working in a production and/or manufacturing environment including materials and processes
- Strong financial and analytical background
- Proficient data reporting and analysis (Power BI), essential
- Experience with a complete end-to-end ERP system, Epicor is advantageous
