We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Parts Coordinatorfor our Newman Branch. This role encompasses traditional Customer Service tasks, as well as the day to day running of the warehouse.
The role is being offered on an 8 / 6 roster FIFO from Perth or Newman residential on a fixed term 12 month contract. You will need to have the ambition to learn and develop in the role and the ability to meet the ever-increasing needs of our customers in a rapidly changing environment.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to : The development of strong customer relationships Quoting customers and managing parts enquiries Local inventory maintenance, including stocktake Participation in the on-call support roster for emergency customer support Stock quality monitoring Goods receipt / dispatch Local freight deliveries General administration as required Key requirements of the role would include : Exceptional customer service Strong computer literacy with attention to detail Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role Experience in a fast-paced environment The ability to organise, manage workflow and multi-task Be adaptable to ensure our clients' needs are met Must possess a valid driver's license and forklift ticket The successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
A positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations are essential to the job. As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen amongst other verification requirements.
