In this role you will co-ordinate, manage, and schedule all field service and workshop activities. This includes co-ordination and supervision of technicians, parts, contractors, and all other relevant parties involved in each job.
As the central point of contact for the Port Hedland Service department you will need strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support.
This role is offered on an 8 : 6 roster, Residential or FIFO ex Perth.
