The Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance and leading a small team of analysts and project managers, an exciting new permanent opportunity is now available for a Program Director to join our team to establish the organisation’s project delivery to best practice, lead governing strategic business projects, and ensuring alignment to the strategic objectives of the organisation. Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee the successful delivery of complex business projects, ensuring alignment with program outcomes, budgets and customer needs. Lead program delivery to a large workforce, including employees, contractors, and service organizations, to ensure efficient and ethical delivery of program services. Provide expert advice and strategic input into the development of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with quality standards and compliance with policies.
