We are a well-established IT Managed Service & Security provider specialising in technology solutions and support for SME’s. This includes traditional IT as well as cloud, mobility solutions, security and business automation which offers a broad range of IT work across small to medium sized businesses.

Our business is expanding, and we now require a full-time office administrator to join our growing team. We are based in Gordon. If this sounds like you then read on….

The successful applicants role will include

  • Formatting and writing proposals
  • Weekly, monthly, KPI data collation and reporting – project profitability, staff productivity, summarising costs from other currencies to AUD
  • Updating operating policies and procedures
  • Manage mailing lists, update CRM, client onboarding follow up and process
  • Marketing administration – manage and collation of blog posts - liaise with copywriter, webinar support, management and creation of Facebook & LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, co-ordination with digital marketing partner
  • Placing and following up orders
  • Liaising with suppliers/distributors
  • Making appointments, calendar management
  • Answering the phone, prepared to be first point of contact, raising tickets, escalating urgent matters
  • Parcel tracking
  • Client-side co-ordination
  • Tender submission
  • Organising networking and education events, team events and special occasions
  • Travel arrangements
  • Meeting minutes
  • Ad hoc PA tasks
  • General administration

You will

  • Be a self-starter, have high attention to detail as well as having the ability to multitask
  • Have the ability to resolve issues quickly with care
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have exceptional communication skills both written and oral
  • Demonstrate a high degree of professional care, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to work autonomously.
  • Good time management skills.

You will have at least five years' experience in office administration, and you will have experience with Xero and advanced Excel skills. You are technically astute. This is a full-time, long-term position. The role requires you to be an Australian citizen.

Salary: From $58,000.00 per year
