Description:
The Sales Admin role for our luxury watch business is an essential position within our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in luxury watches, be highly organized, and have a desire to support the sales team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help maintain and update our inventory of watches
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, creating sales reports, and tracking sales data
- Assist with customer service and sales inquiries
- Help create and implement sales strategies
- Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
- Provide support to the senior sales team as needed
- Attend industry events and trade shows, when required
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in luxury goods and knowledge of the industry is preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven experience of tracking data and reporting
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
