Description:

The Sales Admin role for our luxury watch business is an essential position within our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in luxury watches, be highly organized, and have a desire to support the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain and update our inventory of watches
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, creating sales reports, and tracking sales data
  • Assist with customer service and sales inquiries
  • Help create and implement sales strategies
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
  • Provide support to the senior sales team as needed
  • Attend industry events and trade shows, when required

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in luxury goods and knowledge of the industry is preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven experience of tracking data and reporting
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed

This role would be ideal for a candidate who is looking to build their career in luxury goods industry while gaining experience in an administrative function.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission

Experience:

  • sales: 3 years (Required)

  • Australia (Required)
