The Position
To act as a contract administrator/superintendent to coordinate and manage the delivery of AlburyCity's capital infrastructure projects within the Project Delivery Team.

  • Working 35 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO
  • Flexible working arrangement

Qualifications & experience
  • Degree Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
  • Class C (standard) Driver's Licence (compulsory to have and maintain)
  • Extensive Experience in civil construction project management including contract management, administration and supervision
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Plan, Organise, prepare and implement construction contracts to deliver AlburyCity's infrastructure projects on time, within budget and in line with AlburyCity's guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive culture of wellbeing, health and safety including;
  • Providing advice on safe work practices and assisting other employees in carrying out these responsibilities.
  • Ensuring AlburyCity Contractors are appropriately and continuously trained and inducted into AlburyCity's WHS standards and comply with procedures.
  • Maintaining environmental compliance and sustainability.
  • Contribute to the delivery of Projects on time, within budget and quality standards including;
  • Planning, maintaining, coordinating and monitoring construction budgets, programs and completion of activities.

Hours
Based on a 35 hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
