Description:

The Position
To assist in the safe and effective operations of the Albury Airport terminal, through the provision of excellent customer service and promotion of regulatory compliance.

  • Working 25 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO

Qualifications & experience
  • Class C (standard) Driver's Licence (compulsory to have and maintain)
  • Australian Security Identification Card (compulsory to have and maintain)
  • Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in customer service and/or airport operation
Tasks & responsibilities
  • General office administration, including accurate records maintenance.
  • Issue visitors passes.
  • Collect and maintain operational records relating to airport functions such as passenger numbers and flight schedules.
  • Conduct site inductions for persons needing to enter restricted areas.
  • Provide effective customer service and direct Airport patrons around the facility.
  • Undertake security sweeping when required.

Hours
Based on a 38 hour week, working a minimum of 25 hours per week, with actual days and times being in accordance with the 7-day facility roster
