Our Client is leading high-end real estate group across Australia and they are on a lookout for a superstar Junior Property Manager who is looking to take their career to the next level.They are looking for a candidate with 2+ years experience to join their high-performing team ranked #1 in their network Australia wide, who will provide you with ongoing training and support.
So what's involved?
This is a Mon-Fri role (occasional Saturday with RDO), based in one of their offices in Sydney's Westerns suburbs, you will work with a Senior Property Manager on a portfolio wth over 200 properties, and assist with all property management, administration & ad hoc duties where required.
Training will be provided and you will be supported and guided by the senior management to ensure you are learning and growing in your role, and that you are confident in your day to day tasks.
- Open Homes
- Ingoing/Outgoing inspections
- Lease renewal & rent reviews.
- Upload property advertisements
- Work closely with the Senior Property Manager
We are looking for an individual who is able to provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients, have a professional presentation & strong communication skills, and is able to operate independently as well as work in a team in a high volume environment.
You must have a reliable vehicle, drivers licence and a Certificate of Registration.
