Do work that matters
As an Insights & Analytics Manager, you will empower data driven decision making, and continual improvement strategies in our Private Banking customer communications. By surfacing both leading & lagging indicators, in a manner that is easy to consume, your role will enable tailored recommendations aimed at protecting and improving our customers' financial wellbeing.
Your role may include but won't be limited to;
Partnering with interdisciplinary and cross functional stakeholders in requirement gathering, solution design and data delivery
Developing insights and measurement tools to support and track Private Banking's goal of digital first approach for all our customers
Help develop best in class analytics solutions and culture by mentoring and working closely with the analysts in your team
Deliver high quality, accurate and timely analytics using industry standard tools to solve business problems
Provide people management and technical guidance to your team
Your success in this role will require:
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
Commercial experience with data exploration and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python)
A demonstrated Insights and Analytics leadership experience
Proven problem solving, planning, project management and decision-making skills
Ability to articulate complex analytical requirements and findings in common non-technical terms
