We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our eccentric team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the concrete industry.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer preferences.
• Creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of concrete services.
• Create engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content, highlighting the company’s services and projects.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including website content updates and social media accounts.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as necessary to improve results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field (Marketing)
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
