Global leader in innovative diagnostic solutions for food and feed safety seeking an exceptional logistics co-ordinator for our Romer Labs, Food Safety Business. This is a part-time Logistics Coordinator role located in Rouse Hill, Sydney, job to offer you flexibility. The role offers benefit of Hybrid working arrangement between home and office. Your key responsibilities
Responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders DAWE/DHL etc.
Responsible for invoicing customers.
Liaise with DAWE/ DHL etc in a professional and timely manner as part of his role.
A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Maintain inventory in consultation with the Sales manager.

You bring
2 years' of relevant logistics experience in this domain.
Diploma in Logistics or relevant background in science will be preferred. Knowledge of permit application process with DAWE and SAP experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. Experience with inventory management and supply chain management.
A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Analytical skills, including the ability to manage data and track inventory levels.
Physically fit, requirement to handle at least 10kg heavy lifting due to nature of work.
Permanent part-time position located in Rouse Hill, Sydney NSW.
Work schedule: Hybrid flexible Monday to Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm or 9am - 1pm 20hours per week.
