Role: Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving them promptly and effectively Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions Document support tickets accurately and thoroughly in our tracking system Escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians or appropriate teams as needed Collaborate with other team members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction This role is based in Perth, with a reporting line to Peru, and supports our Global IT Team.
