This is a Part time role.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure all cleaning requirements are met each shift.Interacting with the residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive mannerPerform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated areas of the facility, following established cleaning protocols.
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained throughout the facility.Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection transmission.Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Collaborate with other staff members to support a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.What we look forA passion for caring for others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientationAbility to be well organized and work under pressure and work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification work for us?
