Role responsibilities include however are not limited to;
- Meet and greet customers
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Assisting customers with queries
- Completing customer enquiry forms
- Assist Sales Team with pricing & keeping pricing schedules up to date
- Writing up and input orders into our schedule and MYOB
- Contacting customers on completion of jobs
- Taking payment from COD customers
- Following up jobs in schedule to ensure completion to PBS timeframe standards
- Update various registers and spreadsheets
- Assisting other office staff and management as required
- Filing
- Ensuring reception is of a clean and tidy appearance
- Other duties as directed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Salary: $42,760.00 – $62,338.25 per year
Expected hours: 27.5 per week
Licence/Certification:
- Provisional P1 driver licence (Preferred)

- Australia (Required)
