We have partnered with a leading Steel manufacturing company in their search for excellent admin superstars!- Temp to Perm opportunity.
- Full time working hours.
- Multiple positions available paying between $60,000- $80,000 plus super.
About the opportunity
- Support the organisation in their daily administration task.
- Provide support to the sales team in providing customer service and product information.
- Respond to customer enquiries over phone, email and in person.
- Get an understanding of the product and provide advice and recommendations to the customers.
- Provide adhoc support to the scheduling and dispatch team.
- Other general administrative tasks.
- Manage invoices, records and spreadsheets for stock management.
About the ideal candidate
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is ideal but not a must.
- Prior experience in administration/Internal sales/Customer service
- Excellent communication skills - Written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Willingness to take over new tasks with a keen interest to gain product knowledge.
