We are seeking an inspiring Early Childhood Teacher to join our Coffs Harbour service where there is a wonderful opportunity to align with a studio and age group depending on your interest and experience. How will Petit support you as an Early Childhood Teacher, you may wonder? At Petit Early Learning Journey, the voices of all of our Early Childhood Teachers hold immense importance within each centre. We allocate 5 hours of non-contract time per week for programming and planning needs, host monthly ECT team networking sessions across our services and allow you autonomy to implement your practices within your studio - we are not micromanagers! For our Early Childhood Teachers in the early stages of their career rest assured we have an abundance of support on offer. Julie, our National Quality & Education Adviser stands ready to assist you with curriculum, programming and best practices. Alongside, Amber our National Operations Manager, and Mel from People & Culture who spearheads leadership programs throughout each service. With their extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, individually they are formidable mentors, and together they form a powerhouse to nurture and guide you in your role and career.We boast an incredibly supportive centre leadership team committed to doing whatever it takes to lift you up in your role. The wellbeing of our team is paramount as we recognise the challenges inherent working in the early childhood profession. We prioritise team wellbeing and offer a flexible working environment creating work-life balance and host quarterly bonding events. We understand that being an ECT in early childhood is no easy feat, which is why we stand ready to support you in every way possible.
