Graduate program salary and superOur graduate program offers a starting salary of $70,280, plus 15.4% super. Once you complete the program, you’ll advance to the next APS level, and get a pay rise! Your salary will be $78,290, plus 15.4% super and, as an APS4 officer within the ATO, you can earn up to $84,971, plus 15.4% super.What we provide an extensive 12-month programchallenging work rotations to develop your skills and explore different areas of interestdedicated training and development opportunitiesa Career Development Manager to support you throughout the yeara competitive starting salary package of more than $77,000 (including super)work-life balance including flexible working arrangements and generous leave entitlementshybrid workplace arrangementsan inclusive and diverse workplace culturean excellent social and networking base with fellow graduates.What you’ll do As a Human Resource graduate, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the capability and manage our most important asset – our people. You'll be part of a team that involved directly with shaping the future of the agency through in a range of procedural, operational and administrative human resource tasks and activities. You could: apply knowledge, skills and experience to understand, analyse and maintain human resource records and datawork collaborative with a supportive team to provide advice and information on a range of human resource topics to clients and stakeholdersliaise with clients and stakeholder to understand their specific needs and interpret a variety of legislation, policies and procedures to provide advice and information.You’ll receive tailored training and mentoring from subject matter experts to enable you to reach your full potential. Who you are We’re looking for people with curious minds, who can demonstrate a passion for Australian Government initiatives, enjoy outside the box thinking, sharing ideas and building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
