Customer Service Officer Salary: $68,560.96 per annum pro rata Closing: Friday 12 April 2024 Part Time (24hrs p/w) - Temporary (To 31 January 2025)Are you a highly motivated individual who possesses a passion for delivering excellence in customer service?Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking skilled and motivated people for a temporary part time Customer Service Officer role to assist the organisation in delivering excellent customer service to the community. Working days for this role are Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.As a Customer Service Officer you will be the first point of call and the face of Council - providing advice, guidance and direction to the community on how to access Council services.You will pride yourself on your ability to resolve issues face to face, on the phone and in detailed email correspondence.
