Your communication skills and a customer-centric approach will be essential in delivering a professional service and contributing to overall customer satisfaction within their healthcare equipment showroom. In this role, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic environment, where adaptability is key. Wearing various hats, you'll not only engage with customers directly but also manage tasks such as order processing, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with the team to create a seamless and enjoyable customer journey.
The Responsibilities:
Answering all incoming phone calls promptly, and courteously.
Responding to all emails within the shared and individual inboxes
Providing exceptional hospitality and assistance to customers visiting the showroom.
Attending to the requirements of showroom customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Following the Sales Order and Invoicing procedure to process sales for showroom customers.
Utilizing the Sales Order and Invoicing procedure to accurately process customer orders received.
Executing the Product Demonstration procedure to fulfill customers' demonstration requests.
Handling quote inquiries received through email, phone, in-person interactions, or external sales representatives.
Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, contributing to financial processes.
Accurately entering debtor and contact details into the ERP system.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
