Salary $100,343 - $107,279 p.a. (pro rata) RN/M2A | Part Time, 36 hours p/w, Ongoing
Flinders Medical Centre is looking for their next Nurse to join their Endoscopy Department in an ongoing role.
About the Role:
As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager, your duties may include:
Providing proficient, person centred, clinical nursing care and individual case management to patients in a defined clinical area;
Participating in clinical teaching, overseeing learning experience, and goal setting for students, new staff and staff with less experience
Integrating advanced theoretical knowledge, evidence from a range of sources and own experience to devise and achieve agreed patient care outcomes;
Assisting the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager or equivalent in undertaking service management responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate
At least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience
Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses
Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
