We are now seeking someone either looking to start a commercial cookery apprenticeship, or someone who has already started and within their 1st, 2nd or 3rd year and looking for a change of environment and to gain more experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Learning skills and techniques that will see you excel in commercial kitchens.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.
- Learn from some exceptional, experienced chefs while working full time.
- General kitchen cleaning duties as required.
Essential skills required:
- A passion for cooking.
- Thirst for knowledge.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
