Senior PM & 2x other project managers, 1x CA in project team currently.
They have other office staff, like payroll, office managers etc
Projects are architecturally designed residential properties, mainly single dwellings but have completed some apartments also.
They used to do some commercial but don’t do that anymore.
Project value usually tends to be a minimum of $5 mil however usually $10 mil plus.

They need another project manager to come in to join the projects team due to the demand in work.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial management and time management
Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules
Progress claim assistance and external variations
Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management qualification
residential experience
Ideally 3-5 years' post-grad experience as a Contracts Administrator
Experience working on high-rise residential projects in excess of $5M in value
Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractors
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Competent user of construction project management software

Depends on experience & what they think they are worth after the interview
Usually around 120k super mark for a junior
