This role will be proactive in providing positive mentoring and growth leadership for the Building Services Team. The successful applicant will empower the team to deliver quality outcomes for the community and build Bunbury's reputation as a great City to live, work, invest and visit.
The Team Leader Building will be responsible in the provision of expertise and delivery of professional and technical advice and approvals for applications, permits and certificates as a registered Building Surveyor and Permit Authority.
The successful applicant will require a minimum Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying and be eligible for registration as a Level 2 Building Surveyor Practitioner in Western Australia.

You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $108,138 - $118,235 depending on knowledge and experience, as well as flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.
