Project Support Officer
Joining our team means you’ll be part of something that really matters. As our Project Support Officer you will be based in Bentley, providing support to the Project Directors and Managers, responsible for the delivery of Projects, including the complete lifecycle of concept development, option analysis, approvals, procurement, and delivery. Your role will include:
- Establish & maintain a cost control function for projects.
- Manage approval of project documentation.
- Oversee project calendars , meeting scheduling and take minutes.
- Assist in contract administration functions.
- Assist in writing business cases, change requests, board papers, briefs, communications, and other internal documents as required.
- Coordinate and liaise with any internal and external stakeholders as required to deliver required outcomes for various projects.
You will have:
- Experience in a Project or Portfolio Planning/Governance/Coordination/Compliance role.
- Experience in developing or reviewing executive papers and approval documentation.
- Experience in managing budgets and schedules/time.
- Competence in all Microsoft packages.
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel regionally when required.
