Join a national not-for-profit, long known as one of the largest aeromedical organisations in the world. Our client is looking for an Inventory Controller to join their team on a full-time permanent basis and this will be on a rotating roster and based in the Western Suburbs.
Your new role
You will be responsible for monitoring and purchasing stock as required. Their ideal candidate is a confident go-getter who will embrace the team paired with experience within aviation. If you're motivated and have strong organisational skills, this job is for you!

Manage stock purchasing, traceability, receipt and storage for the broader teams.

Provide senior support and guidance to the Logistics Controller.

Assist in improving efficiencies in processes.

Monitor orders to ensure they are cost-effective and viable for the business.

Work with Finance to streamline invoice processing.

Maintain appropriate stock at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar role within aviation (highly desirable).
- Experience in stock control and purchasing.
- Able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Well-developed in your computer skills.
- A clear and concise communicator with the ability to foster strong relationships.
- Forklift licence desirable.
