You are passionate to be part of a Centre of Excellent whose purpose is to delivery policies to drive value through changing culture and risk frameworks to manage and reduce risk. The Group Data, Records & Artificial Intelligence CoE ensure data increases the Group's competitive advantage and create value through the effective group policies ensuring data is safe, sound and secure.
You will be part of the Process Chapter Team responsible for evolving, simplify and embedding policies, procedure and frameworks to meet customer and strategic goals. You will contribute to the identifying, development and implementation of group technology applications as part of the Data & Records Management Framework to support the strategic goals relating to Data Management.
You are pivotal in the success of Process Chapter meeting its obligations relating to Group Data Risk Management and governance including Data Quality and other key regulator expectations relating to Data management.

The Process Team, is a critical team within the Data, Records and AI Centre of Excellence, contributing to the execution of the CDAO Data Strategy by working with data offices across the group to enable them to deploy the data strategy and design for their respective business, prioritisation and coordination of data investments and implementation of data management practices across business/support units.
Whilst we all come from a range of backgrounds and disciplines, what brings us together is a single passion to stretch ourselves and make a real difference for the organisation and our customers.
We're interested in hearing from people who have
Experience in Data Management including Data Analysis, Business Process and Data Lineage, Data Quality management and monitoring
Experience in facilitating and conducting workshops with various business, technical and risk stakeholders to drive outcomes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills both written and verbal.
Advanced Business Analysis and technical data skills and strong familiarity of data management principles
Technical experience with Alation, Ab-initio, Tableau or other data governance and data quality tools is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy whilst working on competing priorities
Are self-driven with strong work ethics and with proven ability to operate independently and as a part of a team
Ability to working in an agile way of working within Pace and being part of a high performing team.
Risk Mindset -All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
Ability to translate business and technical data concepts into documented requirements.
Experience with Data Profiling, Data Quality metric development and build including SQL knowledge, Data Risk and Control Assessment
Degree/diploma in Information Technology/Management
5+ years' experience as Business Analyst/Tech BA preferably gained in Banking and Finance
