Administration Officer for State Government Department based in WacolYour new company
You’ll be part of a Government department, working in a community focused team and located at the entity’s Wacol site on a 3-month contract as an Administration Officer.
Your new role
As the Administration Officer, you’ll provide general administrative support including responding to phone and email enquiries, filing documents and other adhoc duties as required. You will work 7.25 hours a day, Monday to Friday and be engaged in a temporary assignment for a 3-month period, with the possibility of extension.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience in administration roles and excellent customer service skills. You will hold a valid Working With Children’s Check (Blue Card). You will have proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work in order to meet objectives and strict deadlines. You will have the ability to work effectively as a member of a team and autonomously, under minimal supervision. You will possess a high-level of computer skills and have experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
