Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store managers
- Ensuring ther hightest of standards when preparing, packing and displaying meat.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies and manage stock rotation.
- Contribute to the development of new product offerings
- Work alongside the General Manager to achieve compnay KPI's
- Have an understanding of industry regulations and hygiene standards
To be successful for the role:
- Must hold a Certificate III in Meat Processing
- Proven experience as a Head Butcher or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of whole-carcass butchery and processing
- Knowledge of processing Smallgoods (Ham, Bacon, Kabana etc)
- Manual Drivers licence & reliable transport
