We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses and AIN's to join our staffing agency working across Aged Care Facilities in Sydney on a casual basis.
We are seeking RN's and AIN's who are looking for regional contracts across regional NSW including Albury, Wagga Wagga, Coffs Harbour and Newcastle.
Shifts available include AM, PM, and ND. Adhoc and block bookings available for both AIN & RN's.
About the position: As a Registered Nurse working for AJN Healthcare Services you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents. You will be responsible for ensuring their physical and emotional well-being while upholding the highest standards of nursing practice. Position includes.
- Comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, wound care, and additional requirements.
- Following the Registered Nurse scope of practice within Aged Care
- Operate under infection control guidelines.
- Ensure a high level of communication and transparency with families or consumer represents.
- Working within a multi-disciplinary team while leading a team of nurses.
- Maintain incident prevention and management.
Requirements:
- You’re a confident, compassionate, and organised Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care.
- Ability to lead a team, collaboration and lead by example.
- Experienced in incident management including documentation, prevention, and resolution.
- Current AHPRA reg as a RN
- Min 6 months of experience in an Aged Care facility
- NDIS workers check, Police Check and provide an immunisation records
- Salary from $57.00 per hour
