As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the success and implementation of this organisations partnership strategy focused on identifying and engaging new high-level partners on a national scale with mission-focused objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential high-value partnerships with organisations that have a mission-focused alignment
- Manage a new business prospect pipeline, and apply strong commercial acumen and understanding of brand alignment to actively pitch and present compelling partnership opportunities
- Create and implement a clear partnership framework and value proposition for each partner, and ensure the successful implementation and management of each partnership agreement
- Develop contractual agreements for each partner that reflect agreed terms of engagement
- Develop and empower the Corporate Engagement Officer to ensure best practice processes are in place, and to maximise engagement across the workplace giving program
- Ensure that corporate partnership revenue targets are met or exceeded, and commit to continuous reporting and communication of progress to the team
- Lead negotiations in collaboration with the CEO and the senior management team, working in collaboration to maximise impact
- Work at an executive level to build capacity internally, harnessing strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities to collaborate and contribute to the delivery of wider organisational goals
- Proven success in any sector leading, developing and implementing strategic partnership initiatives that have resulted in the growth of a partnership program
- Success in building a pipeline of partnerships and identifying, researching, cultivating, pitching, and securing high-level partnership outcomes
- A background in business development and experience across the full sales cycle from research to contract development
- Demonstrated success delivering outcomes through partnered relationships that meet strategic goals and mutually focused objectives
- Influential leadership through an open, positive, and empowering management style, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and team synergy
- An influential and collaborative approach in building and maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
- Strong budget management experience with the ability to apply analytical thinking
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and convey complex ideas or content to a variety of audiences
- The ability to commit to travel across multiple states to meet with partners and the wider national team
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, continuous development, and knowledge sharing with the drive to make an impact across health-focused programs on a national scale
