Client Details
Our client, a global financial institution is seeking a Japanese speaking Manager / Assistant Manager (depends on experience) to build and maintain business relationships with Japanese corporate clients to increase business growth and revenue.
Description
The key responsibilities will be:
Identify new business opportunities and promote financial products.
Keep close communication with head office and other branches.
Build business plans & strategic proposals.
Prepare Credit application submission (both loans and treasury products).
Conduct financial analysis of balance sheet, profit and loss and cash-flow.
Conduct credit risk monitoring and prepare credit rating.
Review legal documentation and ensure legal documentation corresponds with credit approvals.
Communicate and liaise with internal and stakeholders at different levels
Other ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
Experience in maintaining successful relationship particularly with Japanese corporate business
Experience in corporate finance, basic accounting and tax skills will be preferred
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
Strong analytical skills and project management skills - ability to deliver to deadlines
Strong communications, negotiation and reporting skills.
Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
Fluent in Japanese speaking, writing and reading & fluent in English
Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
