Our client is a leading technology company in fleet management solutions based in Silverwater but moving to Macquarie Park.
The Role:
Ideally, seeking a recent graduate with relevant experience who is looking to support the team where no two days are the same. This is a varied hands-on opportunity principally supporting the Marketing Director but also working with the Sales and Managing Director when required. Based in reception in the new office you are a team player, positive, and highly organised with strong attention to detail and an eye for visual composition please keep reading!
Responsibilities:
Website Updates: Keep their online presence engaging by making updates through our Content Management System (CMS).
Marketing Materials: Use your creative flair to design marketing materials like brochures, flyers, case studies, and presentations.
Email Campaigns: Collaborate with their Telemarketing team to create and execute compelling email campaigns.
Book and Plan Events: From trade shows to internal events, you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring every detail is in place.
Update and Maintain CRM System.
Data Entry: Process new website orders and leads promptly.
Administrative Support: Assist the Managing Director as needed and provide administrative support to the sales and marketing.
Call Management: Handle incoming calls and inquiries for all three of our sales offices.
Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and edit various documents with precision, ensuring they represent our brand professionally.
General Office Duties: Cover reception and tackle general office tasks that help our team function efficiently.
Assist Sales Team: Provide administrative support for the sales team such as assisting with tenders, processing orders and generating quotes.
Experience and Requirements:
Marketing or Business, Diploma / Degree highly regarded
Must have a current Driver's License
Experience with NetSuite highly regarded
Proficient with MS Suite and working knowledge of Canva
Good eye for visual composition and design
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Recent experience in similar roles such as executive assistant, coordinator, administrative or marketing assistant.
Prepared to work onsite
