My TreeHouse are an NDIS provider in Newcastle NSW. We service Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter.
The main supports that we provide are ILO (Individualised Living Options), SIL (Supported Independent Living), In-Home and Community Access Supports, Respite and Group Activities.
We believe a slow and steady approach as we grow to maintain our initial values and consistency across our support delivery and employee satisfaction.

As a Disability Support Worker at My TreeHouse, you will work closely with our participants, admin and management team to provide positive, goal focused support.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience working with people with a disability and hold current. NDIS compliance documentation and relevant background checks.
- Experience supporting NDIS participants.
- Be a mature-minded, confident individual who thrives on working as part of a team.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and a positive approach to co-workers and participants.
- A strong work ethic and high level of resilience.
- A genuine commitment to a whole of life approach to the support needed for people to live more independently and work towards achieving their goals.
- Be able to write comprehensive shift notes and incident reports.

It is essential that you hold:
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Drivers License, and a reliable vehicle with registration and comprehensive insurance
- NDIS worker orientation module
Summary:
- Above industry award hourly rate.
- Ongoing shifts available (mornings, days, afternoons, evenings and sleepovers).
- Option for Part-Time employment after probation period.
