An exciting opportunity has arisen at their Mascot store for an experienced retail/customer service assistant. You will be liaising with trade customers and consumers, taking orders face to face, over the phone and via email.
Responsibilities
- Exceed the customer service targets for a Gas & Gear store.
- Create a professional environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well merchandised selling environment, whilst creatively merchandising the show room to attract maximum customer interest.
- Assist customers with queries and identify selling opportunities.
- Ensure the transaction process for customers is timely, efficient and accurate.
- Provide machine demonstrations to customers as required.
- Receiving, despatching and storing of cylinders and hardgoods
- Inventory stock take of hardgoods and gases on regular basis.
- Well presented with excellent customer service skills
- Strong selling skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn the product range and advise clients on suitable solutions
- Drivers licence preferable
- Forklift licence advantageous - if not the company will invest in training you.
