Description:
Abattoir Blues is on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager. We are only interested in applicants that have proven experience with the following attributes:
- Employee hiring, onboarding, management & rostering
- Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
- Set and achieve sales and operational KPI’s
- Upkeep supplier relationship
- Maintain Customer Relationships and deal with customer complaints and feedback in-house and across social platforms
- Event Management for pre-show dinner held at Abattoir Blues during major events in Sydney Olympic Park and for private functions
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Booking and customer enquiry management for major events
- Monitor stock control and maintain par levels of stock items
- Ensuring restaurant complies with health regulations and is clean, functional and of suitable appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
