About the role
The Electrician - Automotive is responsible for the efficient and effective electrical repair servicing and maintenance of the City's plant and equipment. Reporting to the Supervisor Workshop in this role, the successful candidate will bring their expertise and experience of repairing and testing electrical / electronic components and mechanical devices.

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of communication and have a strong customer focused approach to all stakeholders, can work positively and proactively with the team and maintain all tools and equipment with pride and in excellent working order and hold the following qualifications, licenses and tickets;
Trade qualification Automotive Electrical
UEENEEP015A - Disconnect - Reconnect certification or equivalent
Demonstrated work experience as an Automotive Electrician
Current Medium Rigid (MR) Drivers Licence
National Construction Induction Certificate (Whitecard).
What's on offer?
Starting salary, $69,825.33 per annum + Superannuation
Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
Options to accrue flex time and flexible working arrangements
Generous leave entitlements - long service leave after 5 years
Scope for performance-based salary increases.
