Role Description:
We are looking for a diploma or certificate III qualified educator to join our growing team.
We are also seeking a passionate and dedicated trainee looking for on-the-job training.
The successful candidates will play an important role in the development and wellbeing of children, create stimulating and inclusive learning environments, and develop strong relationships with families.
Diploma/Certificate III Position:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate and support all areas of development.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive community.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and addressing individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experiences and achievements.
- Adhere to relevant policies, regulations, and standards governing early childhood education.
Trainee (Working towards Certificate III) Position:
- Motivation to study your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to relevant policies, regulations, and standards governing early childhood education.
