Working in a POD structure, under a Senior PM with a leasing consultant Liaise with landlords and tenants effectively Resolve all escalated repairs Handle rent increases Conduct ingoing & outgoing inspections when needed Tribunal attendance as required The Requirements: The successful candidate will be keen, eager, and ready to indulge in this amazing opportunity! We are seeking a motivated and determined Property Manager with a current Certificate of Registration, a reliable car, and a valid driver’s license.
