A good commercial builder requires experienced Site Supervisor / Coordinator to manage remedial upgrades to hospital staff accommodation in Bendigo.
Our Client is a stable & long-standing builder based in Victoria. They have been in operation for over 25 years and have grown steadily in that time. They target projects ranging in value from $1M - $20M across all major market sectors.They have secured a hospital refurbishment and remedial package in Bendigo and require a capable site manager to oversee it's delivery over the next 6 months.
To be considered you must have extensive previous site management/supervisory experience running commercial projects or have a construction background working as a Project / Site Coordinator. We are open to a diverse history, and may look at someone with a residential background and who is looking to move it commercial. You will ideally be trade qualified, ideally in carpentry or tertiary educated with a construction Diploma or Degree and with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to manage live-environment projects for demanding Clients. Along with the above, you must be computer savvy, be able to log information, liaise with subcontractors, Manage QA and ITP, making sure work is carried out to specifications.
In return and depending on experience, you will receive either a permanent position or potentially a 6 month contract from a cracking builder with supportive management which will guarantee some stability through 2024. Salary is flexible depending on experience with a range of $110,000 - $135,000 total package.
