Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely as part of Therapy Pro's Executive Team, the General Manager, Service Delivery leads our clinical services and Senior Service Delivery Leadership Team to ensure we maintain an exceptional high-performance culture, disciplined clinical governance and consistently high care for staff wellbeing and engagement.
This role combines commercial acumen, clinical expertise, and cultural leadership skills to drive transformational outcomes and exceptional value for clients and partners, while creating a safe and dynamic environment for clinicians to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Create exceptional value for clients:
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet client needs and organisational goals, focusing on empowerment, accountability, and responsiveness.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, employees and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, disciplined clinical governance and industry standards.

Lead a high-performance culture:
  • Lead and manage a high performing team of over 200 professionals to ensure and maintain the delivery of exceptional services.
  • Support national discipline heads to raise the profile and reputation of each discipline, articulating our strengths and unique value propositions.
  • Drive leadership team engagement and capability in using data to monitor, diagnose and improve performance.

Communicate with influence to leaders and therapists:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, continuing to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, engagement and growth.
  • Employ advanced story telling practices, recognition and gratitude to create meaning and build resilience.
  • Cultivate a working culture that embraces change and improvement, in alignment with our organisations’ mission.

Lead strategic service development and growth:
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution through the Objective Key Results (OKR) approach adopted by the Therapy Pro executive team.
  • Support and identify business development opportunities and contribute closely to workforce planning and attraction.
  • Identify and respond to opportunities across all aspects of the service delivery for expansion including through the development of new service offerings to address market needs.

Key relationships
Foster and maintain trusted and professional relationships with employees including therapists, central office, the leadership team, executive team and board.

About You
  • Proven experience at an executive level within the Healthcare sector, preferably within Allied Health Services.
  • A relevant qualification in an Allied Health discipline is highly desirable (Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology, Psychology or related field).
  • A deep understanding of the disability sector that includes issues impacting people with disabilities and their families and carers.
  • A strong understanding of Service Delivery principles and best practices.
  • Evidenced ability to motivate and inspire teams toward achieving goals and meeting organisational objectives.
  • You hold or are willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check, a NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Police Check prior to commencing, as applicable to your state.
