Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse with us, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Your compassion, clinical expertise, and dedication will contribute to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop personalised care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor residents' health and response to treatment, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide emotional support and counselling to residents and their families, fostering trust and rapport.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimise care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- New Grads and any Grade considered
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to upholding professional standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.
